Panic in A.P Secretariat
HYDERABAD, FEB. 26. Panic prevailed in Andhra Pradesh Secretariat
premises today as employees came out after hearing a deafening
sound caused by the explosion of a gelatine stick behind `H'
block building, where some construction activity was on. The
gelatine found its way into nearby garbage and exploded
apparently on coming into contact with a burning stub of a
cigarette, police said.
