India, Myanmar crackdown on rebels

NEW DELHI, MAY 17. Indian and Myanmarese security forces are carrying out joint operations against some rebel groups along areas in the north east border, informed sources said tonight.

The sources, however, said these operations were not targeted against any major militant faction.
