PNB takes over Nedungadi Bank

New Delhi Feb. 1. The Punjab National Bank today took over the Nedungadi Bank Limited (NBL), the oldest private sector bank in Kerala, with all its 174 branches working as PNB branches. Announcing the takeover, the PNB Chairman, S. S. Kohli, assured full protection to the customers and depositors of the century-old NBL. — PTI
