Together again

LONDON: Simon and Garfunkel's last studio recording together was `My Little Town' 27 years ago. Now Art Garfunkel has confirmed that he will tour with Paul Simon for the first time since 1994, although details of the itinerary, including British dates, are yet to be decided. Talk of a tour began in February when they sang at the Grammy Awards in New York before accepting a lifetime achievement award. Art said the duo were planning "a few shows" in the autumn, but it is believed that at least 30 concerts are on the cards, including a series at Madison Square Garden, New York, and a venue in Los Angeles. The shows will start in September.
