Letters to the Editor
Sir, Cricketers and film actors are playing with the health of their fans. And the fans foolishly use products that the stars promote and endorse. The same is the case with colas. The models who promote cigarettes and liquor should also think about the impact on the young minds.
G. Mallikarjuna,
* * * Sir, The film stars and cricketers have been roped in by the cola companies to promote their sales. It is the responsibility of those who consume the drinks to decide whether they are safe and secure. If one gets carried away by such campaigns, it is his/her fault.
V.S. Jayaraman,
