Market equanimity

Sir, — The present market bull run causes doubts and anxiety in the minds of small investors. It is natural that they look to the regulators such as SEBI and the Finance Ministry for help. Though SEBI has initiated steps on the recent surging rallies in the stocks of banks and the steel sector, the small investors are more cautious.
