Sir, — I am glad to learn that The Hindu is going to celebrate its 125th anniversary during September 2003. I send all my best wishes and hearty congratulation.

Sir, — I am pleased to learn that The Hindu will soon be celebrating its 125th anniversary. I look back at my student days when I started reading The Hindu in public libraries and then at my employer's office, and finally began subscribing to it regularly since 1959 when I started my practice.
