Helmet rule will be enforced strictly: DGP

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM Sept. 3. The rule making it mandatory for two-wheeler riders and those riding pillion to wear helmets, would be strictly implemented in the State from September 5.

The Director General of Police (DGP), P.K. Hormese Tharakan, when contacted, said the police would implement the High Court order in this regard.
