Hurriyat meeting postponed

Srinagar Sept. 6. A crucial meeting of the Hurriyat Conference's general council, executive committee and working committee scheduled for Monday to discuss the issue of participation of the People's Conference in the last Assembly polls has been postponed, sources in the conglomerate said today. It is said to be obligatory to convene a joint meeting of the three committees to ratify the election of a new chairman within six months of his election. — PTI
