Mulayam all set to win

Lucknow Sept. 7. With a breakaway Bahujan Samaj Party faction already joining the ruling coalition in Uttar Pradesh, the Chief Minister, Mulayam Singh Yadav, appears to be all set to win the trust vote tomorrow.
