9 injured in blast

Guwahati Sept. 7. Nine people, including a 12-year-old boy, were seriously injured in a bomb blast in Anthgaon area near Fancy Bazar in the heart of the city today.

Official sources said the injured were taken to the Guwahati Medical College and Hospital.

Police have cordoned off the area and tightened vigilance in all the exit points of the city.
