7 of 13 missing fishermen return

By Our Special Correspondent

AHMEDABAD Sept. 8. Seven of the 13 fishermen from Gujarat, reported missing on the high seas after their release from Pakistani jails, returned to the Okha port in Jamnagar district today.

According to an official spokesman here, the remaining are still missing, but the authorities had found an empty boat near Cori Creek and presume that it was the boat in which they left Karachi. It was unlikely that they would have been thrown out of the boat due to rough weather and killed. It is believed that the boat lost its course and reached Cori Creek instead of Okha.
