Shri J. J. THARAYIL, IPS, Joint Director, Subsidiary Intelligence Bureau, passed away on 8th September after a cardiac arrest. He is survived by his wife and two sons. His body will be kept at his residence A-1, CPWD Office Quarters, H addows Road, Chennai-600006 on 10th September between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. and thereafter taken to Changanacherry, Kerala for the last rites to be held on 11th September at 11-30 a.m.

Dr. (Mrs.) BETTY DAVID (61 yrs.), beloved W/o Mr. Daniel David (Retired Executive Engineer, TWAD), Precious Sister of Rani, Jean, Chandra and B. R. Ross, loving Aunt of Nalini, Rawlin, Rabin, Hephzibah, Arun, Jayanth and Sheba entered into Glory on 9-9-03 at 11-45 a.m. Her mortal remains were interred at Kilpauk Cemetery at 5-30 p.m. on 9-9-03.
