Telling cartoon

Sir, — The cartoon captioned "That's a conveyor belt, Madam in case you want to step down" ( Sept. 9 ) beautifully portrays the mind of the Trinamool Congress leader, Mamata Banerjee. The delayed arrival for the swearing-in clearly shows her displeasure at not getting the Ministry of her choice.
