Plea against release

New Delhi Sept. 9. The Supreme Court will hear a petition, seeking a direction to the Mulayam Singh Government not to release legislator, Raghuraj Pratap Singh alias Raja Bhaiyya, and his father, Uday Pratap Singh, and another person, detained under the POTA by the previous Mayawati Government, on September 12.
