Only the rank holders of EAMCET-2003 who have submitted applications in response to the University's notification for admission into MBBS/BDS courses for 2003-04 are elgible to attend the counselling into the seats to be filled by the Competent Authority - the NTRUHS. According to a press release issued by the NTRUHS, counselling schedule is as follows: September 20 - 1 to 600 ranks, September 21 - 601 to 1200, September 22 - 1201 to 3000, September 23 - 3001 to 8000, September 24 - 8001 to 20000 and September 25 - 20001 onwards and all candidates who applied under sports and games category. Counselling will be held on September 26 for candidates in the physically handicapped (upto 15,000 rank), Anglo-Indian, NCC and Army categories. The release said registration of candidates would be done in two sessions -- one in the morning and another in the afternoon -- for which the timings are 8 am and 1 pm respectively. The fee in Government Colleges will be Rs. 13,300 (college fee of Rs. 10,000 and University fee of Rs. 3,300) for MBBS course and Rs. 12,300 (Rs. 9,000 and Rs. 3,300) for BDS course. As for private colleges, the fee for MBBS is Rs. 61,800 (Rs. 55,000 and Rs. 6,800) and for BDS Rs. 45,800 (Rs.40,000 and Rs. 6,000). The fees is payable by demand draft drawn on any nationalised bank.
