BANGALORE SEPT. 13. K.B. Krishnamurthy, MP and Secretary, All-India Congress Committee (in picture), has been appointed General Secretary of the India National Group-Parliamentarians for Global Action. He will proceed to the U.S. and Germany and represent India at the Consultative Assembly of Parliamentarians for the International Criminal Court, United Nations headquarters, New York, on September 12 and 13; 25th anniversary tribute — U.S. Congressional complex, Washington D.C. and at the Defender of Democracy Awards Ceremony, Washington D.C.; and at the Conference of Indo-German Parliamentary Forum in Berlin from September 22 to 27.
