KSSP campaign takes off

KSSP campaign takes off

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM Sept. 13. A travelling cultural show of the Kerala Sastra Sahithya Parishad (KSSP) for creating awareness about the dangers posed by the spread of communalism took off from Thiruvananthapuram today. The KSSP programme is part of a campaign being carried out by popular science movements across the country. Several like-minded organisations based in other States too are taking out similar shows from other centres in the country. The team from here would stage its programme all over Kerala, Karnataka and Maharashtra. Similar teams from other States would be covering the rest of the country. They would finally assemble at Wardha in Maharashtra, Chambaran in Bihar and Rajghat in Delhi on October 2. The travelling show was flagged off from here by the noted film director, M.S. Sathyu.
