Absconding

Patna Sept. 13. Supporters of the Rashtrya Janata Dal leader, Laloo Prasad Yadav's nephew, Nagendra Rai, today clashed with police preventing his arrest in connection with the attack on a college principal here.

Mr. Rai was found absconding when police finally reached his Bailey Road house to take him into custody in connection with the attack on the house of the principal of the Ambedkar Dental College here on Thursday, police said. — PTI
