MOSCOW SEPT. 14. The Lok Sabha Speaker, Manohar Joshi, will visit Russia from September 15 to 20 at the invitation of the Speaker of the State Duma, Gennady Seleznyov, the Indian Embassy here announced.

Mr. Joshi will have detailed discussions with Mr. Seleznyov, and co-chair the second meeting of the Indo-Russian Inter-Parliamentary Commission. The meeting will focus on Indo-Russian trade and economic cooperation, as well as the fight against international terrorism, the Embassy said in a press release.

The two Speakers will inaugurate `Days of Indian Culture' in the Russian Parliament. Mr. Joshi, accompanied by a seven-member delegation of Indian law-makers, will also visit St. Petersburg.

The visit carries forward the tradition of regular exchanges between the Parliaments of the two countries.
