INSAT-3E launch

BANGALORE SEPT. 14. Top Indian space scientists have re-tested a few components of the communication payload on the INSAT-3E, the launch of which by the European rocket Ariane from Kourou in French Guyana is now expected to be in the next week-end.

Highly-placed ISRO officials told PTI here today that the launch date was being advanced by a few days and it was now likely to take place on September 27 though the dates of September 28 and 29 are also being looked at.
