Sir, I refer to the Tamil Nadu Government's move of banning animal sacrifice in temples. Animal sacrifice is a way of life and tradition, and a part of Dravidian culture. After sacrificing the animal, the meat is shared by the entire community. The ban, I presume, is aimed at demolishing the tradition and custom of the Tamils.
