Letters to the Editor
Sir, It is often reported that doctors serving in Government hospitals are not transferred and they develop vested interests at the place of their posting. They set up their own clinics and the Government job takes a back seat. With many medical colleges coming up, and with them hospitals, what prevents the Government from posting the doctors to those hospitals attached to medical colleges? They will gain more experience.
