Usha Rani, is to receive the Crisil award in Mumbai on September 18 in the absence of the MCH Commissioner, Chitra Ramachandran, away in United States. The Chief Minister, N. Chandrababu Naidu, is also to attend the ceremony during his return journey from his foreign tour.
