Poor response to Dara Sena bandh call

By Our Staff Reporter

BHUBANESWAR SEPT. 16. A call for a bandh in Mayurbhanj district given by Dara Sena, an organisation of Dara Singh's supporters, had no impact on normal life in the district on Tuesday.

The call was in protest against Monday's court order convicting Dara Singh and 12 others for their involvement in the killing of the Australian missionary, Graham Stuart Staines, and his two sons.

The Mayurbhanj SP, Y.B. Khurania, said that "there was no impact of the bandh call in the district.''
