Koijam quits Samata

Imphal Sept. 16. The former Manipur Chief Minister, Radhabinod Koijam, has resigned from the primary membership of the Samata Party to devote his time to social issues. In a letter, a copy of which was released today to the party president, George Fernandes, Mr. Koijam said he had decided to dissociate himself from any political party.
