BANGALORE Sept. 16. A total of 4,077 engineering seats will be available for Karnataka students at the admission round at the Common Entrance Test (CET) Cell on September 17.

The availability of seats under various streams are as follows: Electronics 179; Computers 873; Mechanical 570; Electrical 273; Civil 278; Industrial Production 286; Instrument Technology 121; Architecture 47; Industrial Engineering and Management 7; Automobile 79; Chemical 70; Telecommunication 84; Medical Electronics 40; Textiles 44; Biotechnology 9; Transport 9; Mining 18; Ceramics 20; Silk Technology 3; Biomedical 10; Environmental 24; Information Science 1,024; Polymer Technology 4; Manufacturing Science 1; Printing Technology 4.

Seats available under various categories are as follows: 1G 0; 1K 0; 1R 10; 2AG 2; 2AK 2; 2AR 77; 2BG 0; 2BK 0; 2BR 29; 3AG 0; 3AK 0; 3AR 8; 3BG 0; 3BK 0; 3BR 9; GM 0; GMK 0; GMR 28; KAR 3,635; SCG 43; SCK 28; SCR 180; STG 0; STK 0; STR 26.

Karnataka engineering rank-holders from 38,501 to 40,500 may attend the round.
