A Bench, comprising Justice S. Rajendra Babu and Justice G.P. Mathur, vacated the order passed on September 15 on the petitions filed by the Association of Management of Unaided Private Medical and Dental Colleges of the State challenging a Bombay High Court order rejecting their plea for 15 per cent management quota at a higher fee. The judges, however, kept intact the status quo on admission to the engineering colleges of similar nature.
