CBI sources said that while the agency was likely to lodge FIRs against six persons at the Hazratganj Police Station here, similar FIRs against the former Union Environment Secretary, K.C. Mishra, and the National Project Construction Corporation managing director, S.C. Bali, would be lodged in New Delhi. Others against whom the investigating agency would file FIRs here are the former Chief Secretary, D.S. Bagga, the then Principal Secretary (to Ms. Mayawati), P.L. Punia, the suspended Principal Secretary (Environment), R.K. Sharma, and the former Secretary (Environment), B.K. Gupta. UNI
