1:1 bonus from Moser Baer

CHENNAI: Moser Baer India has announced the issue of bonus shares in the ratio of one share for every equity share held. The company has posted a net profit of Rs. 237.27 crores for the year ended March 31, 2003 as compared to Rs. 215.80 crores in the previous year. Total turnover has risen to Rs. 1,114.34 crores from Rs. 693.56 crores. The company has announced a dividend of 25 per cent.
