Rajasthan Governor dead

JAIPUR SEPT. 22. The Rajasthan Governor, Nirmal Chandra Jain, died here of a massive cardiac arrest early today.

Mr. Jain, who would have turned 75 on Wednesday, is survived by his wife, a son and three daughters. The Governor suffered a stroke and fell unconscious at around 11.50 p.m. as he was preparing to go to bed. He was rushed to the Sawai Mansingh Hospital where doctors declared him dead at 2 a.m. today. — UNI
