Blueprint for Expressway by November

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM SEPT. 23. The blueprint of the proposed Expressway project across the length of the State will be ready by November, according to the Minister for Public Works, M.K. Muneer. In a statement today, he said the State Government had asked three reputed consultant agencies to study the financial and legal framework adopted by China for the implementation of its Expressway projects. It would take an appropriate decision on the issues after scrutinising the recommendations.
