Ramco Systems' rights issue cleared

CHENNAI: The Securities and Exchange Board of India has cleared the draft offer document of Ramco Systems pertaining to the rights issue of equity shares of Rs. 10 each at a premium of Rs. 190 per share, the issue size being Rs. 78.57 crores. The SEBI has also received a draft offer document from Spice Net for its rights issue of equity shares of Rs. 3 each at a premium of Rs. 2 per share for a total value of Rs. 932.97 crores, according to a release. — Our Bureau
