Interestingly, all the four AICC observers have been invited to take part in the meeting. However, senior AICC leader, P.M. Sayeed, is not likely to be present as he is out of the country. The 12-member PEC has come into controversy over the inclusion of certain people. Despite three Ministers of the Sheila Dikshit Cabinet finding a berth in the PEC, not all of them are expected to support the Chief Minister in the meeting in case of a clash or dispute.
