Srimoolanathan, Chennai * * * Sir, The defeats in Kerala and Maharashtra are indeed warning signals for the Congress. It is also a testing time for the leadership of Sonia Gandhi. Jacob Sahayam, Thiruvananthapuram * * * Sir, The cartoon by Surendra (Sept. 30) reflects the recent by-election in Kerala. Akshobhya J, Hyderabad
