HYDERABAD: H&R Johnson plans to open a "House of Johnson" spread over 3,000 sq. ft. in Hyderabad to showcase its capabilities and its entire range of tiles. It will be the first of its kind (by Johnson) in Andhra Pradesh. A company spokesperson told The Hindu here that the display centre would be opened by mid-October. The company has such centres in Bangalore, Chennai, Coimbatore, Calicut, Ernakulam, Pune, Thane and Chandigarh, and proposes to open such centres in Ahmedabad, Kolkata and Mumbai also. In the second phase the House of Johnson in Hyderabad would have interior designers to help customers design tiles and interiors in general. They also plan to have `computer aided designing' so that customers can check out for colour and design combinations, he said. By Our Special Correspondent
