United India pact with Dhanalakshmi Bank

CHENNAI: United India Insurance Company has signed a memorandum of understanding with seven decade old Dhanalakshmi Bank for marketing its insurance products. The MoU was signed by B. Muthuswamy, Managing Director and CEO, Dhanalakshmi Bank, and B. Chakrabarti, General Manager (marketing) of United India Insurance Company. Dhanalakshmi Bank will act as a corporate agent of the insurer and it will be a one-stop solution for both banking and insurance requirements, according to a release.
