Letters to the Editor

Viswanaathan, Coimbatore, T.N. * * * Sir, The incident brings to focus the atrocities committed by people in uniform. If elite guards behave like this, one wonders about ordinary policemen or jawans. Or is it the elite character that breeds such arrogance? V.S. Venkatavaradan, Salem, T.N.
