SupportSoft's development centre

BANGALORE: SupportSoft, a provider of service and support automation and endpoint management software for corporate enterprises and broadband service providers worldwide, has set up a 100 per cent STP subsidiary in Bangalore to avail of the vast pool of software talent in India. According to Craig Chatterton, Country Manager, SupportSoft India, another HP India veteran, the Indian subsidiary has started operations now with ten people and active recruitment is on for another 25. The total number may go up to 100 in the next few years. The Indian subsidiary, besides developing core technology in the enterprise vertical, will also be providing services to SupportSoft's customers worldwide. — Our Special Correspondent
