Lakshmi Parvati calls on Naidu

HYDERABAD Oct.11. The president of the NTR-TDP, Lakshmi Parvati, noted film heroine of yesteryear, Anjali Devi and playback singer P. Susheela were among the prominent people who called on the Chief Minister, N. Chandrababu Naidu and wished him a speedy recovery, at his residence today.

Ms. Parvati visited like a commoner and stood in the queue for calling on the Chief Minister.

Vignan, winner of the student astronaut contest, also called on the Chief Minister. Mr. Naidu congratulated Vignan who won the prestigious `Red Rover Goes to Mars Student Astronaut Contest.' The contest was conducted by the Planetary Society and NASA, USA.

MCH councillors and scores of others from Narsampet, Vizianagarm and Miryalaguda also met the Chief Minister.
