Transco panel to probe mishap

Hyderabad: The AP Transco has formed a technical committee to investigate the accident at Narepalli villae of Anantapur district in which one person reportedly succumbed to the high-voltage shock and household articles were damaged. A press release of the Central Power Distribution Company Limited stated here on Monday that payment of compensation to the affected families would also be looked into. Precautionary measures to prevent such incidents had already been taken, it said.
