Bail denied

New Delhi Oct. 13. A Delhi court today rejected an interim anticipatory bail plea moved by the singer Daler Mehndi in connection with an illegal immigration racket case in Patiala, Punjab.

``Keeping in view the grave nature of the offence and the facts and circumstances of the case, I do not find it to be a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail,'' the Additional Sessions Judge, A.K. Mendiratta, said, dismissing the application. — UNI
