Contempt plea against Govt. admitted

KOCHI OCT. 14. A Division Bench of the Kerala High Court today admitted a contempt of court petition filed against the State Government for its failure to implement the High Court directive for acquiring land within a radius of 25 metres from the outer wall of the Guruvayur Sree Krishna Temple.

The petition was admitted by the Bench comprising Justice S. Sankarasubban and Justice K. K. Dinesan. The petition was filed by the Guruvayur Devaswom Employees' Association.
