Mumbai & Shanghai

Sir, — This is with reference to the proposal to transform Mumbai into a world class city for which McKinsey and Co. submitted to the Maharashtra Government an estimate for Rs. 200,000 crores ("Can Mumbai become Shanghai," ). If such blueprints are made for the villages of India, it can be transformed into a world-class country.
