DD to telecast Teresa beatification

HYDERABAD Oct.18. The Union Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting, Ravi Shanker Prasad, has said Doordarshan has made elaborate arrangements for live telecast of the beatification ceremony of Mother Teresa on Sunday on DD Metro from 1.25 pm to 4.00 pm.

Mr. Prasad informed this to Chief Minister, N.Chandrababu Naidu, in reply to the latter's letter regarding the live teleacst of the beatification ceremony.

He said that Doordarshan was telecasting two documentaries on Mother Teresa and all the programmes would be available to viewers in Hyderabad.
