'Proclaimed offender'

New Delhi Oct. 18. Daler Mehndi was today declared a ``proclaimed offender'' as the Punjab police, armed with non-bailable warrants, conducted overnight raids at the farmhouses, offices and residences of the Punjabi pop singer and his relatives in New Delhi and Haryana for their alleged involvement in an immigration racket. — UNI
