Four killed as buses collide

KOLLEGAL OCT. 25. Four persons died on the spot and seven were seriously injured when a private bus in which they were travelling collided with a KSRTC bus near Chikkinduvadi village in Kollegal taluk near here, on Friday.

The private bus, which was on its way to Jallipalya from Mysore, had 55 passengers. The KSRTC bus was going to Kollegal from Chikkalloor. The Chamarajanagar Superintendent of Police visited the spot.

Seven seriously injured passengers were admitted to the K.R. Hospital in Mysore, and 36 persons to the Kollegal Government Hospital.
