IBS buys Avient from Honeywell

NEW DELHI OCT. 25. IBS Software Services, a provider of software solutions to the travel, transportation and logistics sector, announced that it has acquired Avient Technologies, a business unit within Honeywell International. The acquisition will expand IBS's portfolio of offerings to the air transportation industry since Avient specialises in providing airline and airport operations systems and solutions. IBS operates an SEI CMM Level-5 assessed offshore development centre in India.
