NoRKs to field candidate

PATHANAMTHITTA OCT. 26. Various non-resident Keralite (NoRK) organisations have decided to field a common candidate for the Assembly by-election in Thiruvalla. A convention of various NoRK organisations held at Thiruvalla on Saturday maintained that the votes of the NoRKs in the constituency were decisive.

The Indo-Arab Confederation Council chairman, Attakoya Pallikkandy, presided over the meeting. The meeting decided to convene a convention of NoRKs families in the Assembly segment in the first week of November to chalk out the strategy for the by-poll.
