Karaikal municipal commissioner transferred

Pondicherry Oct. 27. The Commissioner of Karaikal Municipality, T. Kadirvelu, a Pondicherry Civil Service Grade-II officer, has been transferred and posted as Welfare Officer in the Freedom Fighters Cell in the Chief Secretariat here.

A communication from H. Dasarathan, Under Secretary to the Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms, said today that the order issued by the Lt Governor came into immediate effect.
